First Subaru after many Hondas I was never unhappy with the local Honda dealers in my area. My Lease came due and Honda didn't have a car that check all my want/needs boxes. When I visited Don Miller East Subaru, I was greeted by April , she totally rocked it. She could answer all my technical questions with technical answers instead of the usual sales BS. She listened to what I was looking for and made two suggestions. We took both cars for a test drive that covered all the different traffic and driving situation I deal with every day. When I decided on a car, she explained the difference between the trim levels including all the wonderful safety features now available. Once I decided on a trim level we got down to business. April provided very clear cut information about my financing/leasing options which made the decision process easy. At one point I had a few minutes to check out the Service Dept. it was very clean. I'm a very particular person when it comes to servicing my car. The service staff member I spoke with was understanding / willing to work with me. Overall my experience at Don Miller East Subaru was pleasant, comfortable, and fun (April made the hole experience fun). More

Our Sales Specialist (Rod Israeli) was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, and had the patience to allow us time to explore and better understand the options that the vehicle had to offer. Not only was our vehicle prepped and ready promptly, but an extensive amount of time was spent going through the options, touring the service department, and making sure we left with a full understanding of how the options worked. Rod was not the typical sales specialist, he had a way of making a connection with us. We highly recommend Rod and Don Miller Subaru to anyone looking for a new car! More

We got an exceptional price and a great trade in amount for our old vehicle. Gavin and the manager did not pressure us or steer us towards something we were not interested in and just let us pick out the perfect car for us. Quick and painless I think from beginning to end we spent only about an hour actually purchasing our vehicle, filling out paperwork, and taking care of odds and ends. Everyone involved was extremely helpful, efficient, and informative and my boyfriend and I feel like we walked away with a reliable and reasonably priced Subaru Impreza... The first of many Subaru purchases, I hope. I think the inside of the vehicle could have been cleaned better in a few places (the speedometer and display areas as well as the ceiling) but we can easily take care of that ourselves. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and in the future when we decide to purchase our next new vehicle we will definitely be visiting Don Miller East and/or West. More

I visited the showroom and was introduced to Danielle Juhl by the on line sales manager. Danielle was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that Subaru had to offer and after discussing with me what features I was interested in she was able to set me up with a test drive of several vehicles that had those features. I had test driven several comparable vehicles for comparison at competitors near by and found that the outback touring was my favorite. Danielle went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered and she arranged for my wife to also test drive the car. Danielle was both professional and personable in her sales approach. We could tell that she really cared about helping us find the right vehicle.
