He arranged appointments with tint and wrap businesses to have my car taken care of. He returns calls and texts promptly and is polite and considerate. He even picked me up at the airport the day I was picking up my car!!! We had personal conversations and discovered many things we have in common. I believe I have made a friend while buying a car! We had the pleasure to meet and work with Conor, a super friendly and knowledgeable salesman who helped us look for exactly what we were looking for. He was patient and extremely understanding and had all the right questions that helped us to decide what vehicle we were interested in. Though we were a little “picky” and made him look for “exactly” the “right” vehicle, he found it for us!!! I spent days going all over searching for that "one" car that met my price an This was a stressful experience shopping for a new car at dealerships. I spent days going all over searching for that "one" car that met my price and satisfaction.....no luck UNTIL I searched at Don Miller East. There was NO pressure at all to purchase...I had an awesome sales Rep named Tim Bisbee... He knew absolutely everything about the cars that I test drove. He was very patient as I had him ALL over that car lot providing me detailed info on each vehicle I asked about....I left the first day i shopped there........undecided....and thought i would look around again at dealers...to "make sure" i found the car I wanted....Well I ended up back at Don Miller....Tim was right there to walk me through everything...I have never financed a car before. ALL of the staff i encountered were so nice! Jason Guest, the finance manager was outstanding on securing my financing..... Both Tim and Jason were kind and helpful to me during the whole process. I will definately refer family and friends to Don Miller.... I am so glad that this is where I ended up finding my SAFE new car!! Thanks Tim Bisbee! More
