Excellent Service I’m a long time customer and have dealt with Jerry Merriman, my service advisor on many occasions. He is always so friendly and professional in person I’m a long time customer and have dealt with Jerry Merriman, my service advisor on many occasions. He is always so friendly and professional in person as well as on the phone. When I leave a message for Jerry, he calls me back promptly and explains diagnosis and fix to me in detail. Having been in the Automobile Business for 20years, I have seen a lot of service depts, and Don Mealey has a top notch one, and it is people like Jerry that make it stand out. I recommend to my friends in my Golf Community to take their GM vehicles to DM. Several have purchased vehicles there also.. I recommend they work with Jerry. I just had my 60000 mile service done today. It was not inexpensive but when Jerry explained what it entailed, it made me feel that it was worth every penny. I have had two cars serviced there for years and will continue to do so. Jerry is a good reason why I remain a service customer of DM. More

Before leaving, other services provided by the dealership were explained to us. We will definitely return and tell our friends about the excellent service we experienced. More
Continuous Repairs I had been taking my car in for it's routine oil change for the past year. However, now that my car is getting older and 40k miles, I expect to do som I had been taking my car in for it's routine oil change for the past year. However, now that my car is getting older and 40k miles, I expect to do some additional maintenance. Unfortunately, I think the dealer knows that and makes some happen pre-mature. In hindsight, shortly after an oil change the check engine light came on. I took it to the autoparts store for them to plug in the device that tells you whats wrong. Machine said a sensor was out. The representative, said not worth fixing. I got a second opinion, which said the same. I then decide to take to dealership. My surprise, not something small and not what the machine said, but I had to replace crank seal $200+ Okay, done, so two weeks later I have a fluid leaking under my car, but no check engine light. After inspecting engine, imagine my surprise when it is leaking in same area as where the crank seal was replaced. I took it back to the dealer, thinking maybe something was not tighten well enough or new crank seal was faulty. Instead, was the seal for radiator pump. They wanted over a grand to replace. I felt this was too much of a coincidence and if you watch NCIS, you know there is no such thing. Obviously needed to be replaced, but I took my business elsewhere and for $300 less. I had a friend that worked in a dealership 20 years ago who told me they were instructed to "TWEAK" something so that the customer would return in a few months on all cars old and not under a service contract. I didn't think that existed anymore, but as far as I am concerned the coincidence is too great. More
Today was Not the usual treatment I always get. I bought my car here so I always come here to do all maintenance service and repairs. However, today for an oil change, the representative did not wan I bought my car here so I always come here to do all maintenance service and repairs. However, today for an oil change, the representative did not want to give me the discount I always get every single time I come here for a service. She can see my record to confirm. Additionally, although she nicely said hello to greet me when I first came in, she was not even letting finish talking when I was explaining my concern about my car. Is not that she had a line of people waiting or any calls on hold. It was simple not friendly and was not concern about listening or willing to offer any discounts. This was NOT the usual treatment I get when I come to my dealer! More
