Was'nt interested in helping, lots of attitude Brought my car here once for oil change and bad brake squeal and Nicole W was very helpful and nice and professional. After they tried to fix squeak a Brought my car here once for oil change and bad brake squeal and Nicole W was very helpful and nice and professional. After they tried to fix squeak and return to me, they noticed it still happened and told me they'd keep it overnight to fix and gave me a rental. No big deal, things happen and Nicole was great. Well a day later it was squeaking again. No problem. Ill have them fix at next oil change. Fast forward. Unfortunately I saw Tim K. He barely looked at me and acted as if I was bothering him when I came in for my scheduled 930 am (waiting) appointment. Told him all about brake situation. I had some work to do down the street so i said ill be working please call when done. 1230 no call. So i try to see whats going on. He called back at 115 and said it was done and there was no squeak to fix. They drove it and couldn't hear any squeaking and theres nothing they could do. Imagine if i had been sitting there for 4 hours. For an oil change. I was alittle conconcered there was nothing they could do for brakes. When I got in the car I checked miles in and miles out on receipt. 12613 in, 12613 out. They had driven the car ZERO miles. I went it to ask Tim and he immediatley went on the defensive and even ran outside to check the miles to see if i was lying. I asked him if i thought it was thourough job and he said yes and mocked me about " how many miles did you want them to drive it" How about driving at different speeds, heating them up, hills, hard braking/ soft braking? While im speaking to him (all of 40 seconds), he TURNS AROUND AND LEAVES!!! No goodbye no sorry, he was just done! Ive never seen such poor customer service in my life. More

Professional, Friendly, Helpful I thought that nothing could top the sales side of the dealership. This was until I needed to use the service side!( seriously amazing) The level of s I thought that nothing could top the sales side of the dealership. This was until I needed to use the service side!( seriously amazing) The level of service I received was awesome. They provide you an advisor to help you with your repair(but all were willing to step in and help). This felt like concierge service with great communication throughout the process. My fix required multiple days and a separate visit. Both times they had a rental car waiting for me so I would not be stranded. All of this happened just before and over Christmas and the process was seamless. Getting your car repaired is never a fun, the Don Mealey team made it as painless as possible. I would highly recommend using them for your service needs. More

She took plenty of time with me to ask about any issues I had other than the standard oil change request. She really knew her 'vettes. Justin and Brandon actually performed the work on the car and treated it like it was their own. I had a small issue with the side mirrors not returning to the original position after placing the car in reverse. Justin and Brandon asked me to sit in the car while they made adjustments to ensure the mirrors returned to the exact position of my preference. Would definitely recommend this dealership for your service needs. More

Overall positive...however An overall positive experience. However I would like to make a suggestion or two. I left my car off and the shuttle took me home. Later that afternoon An overall positive experience. However I would like to make a suggestion or two. I left my car off and the shuttle took me home. Later that afternoon I got a call saying that they were ready to pick me up. When I arrived back at the dealer I saw the service adviser she said that the car wasn't ready yet. Huh? She said the reason I was picked up was so the shuttle driver could be off the clock at 4 PM. I guess their priority isn't with the customer. So I end up waiting over an hour for them to finish. Had I been told the car wasn't ready yet I would have told them to have the shuttle driver come pick me up sometime tomorrow at their convenience. That hour that I waited could have been well spent at home completing a project that I was heavily involved in. Item 2: A Coke and snack machine would be a great idea in the waiting area. My waiting time started at 4 PM where there was only 1/3rd of a donut available...and water. More
