2019 that we can't get fixed Bought 2019 Colorado week of Thanksgiving. Transmission problem 2 weeks after. Brought it back, they looked at it and said they'd contact us when the Bought 2019 Colorado week of Thanksgiving. Transmission problem 2 weeks after. Brought it back, they looked at it and said they'd contact us when they could fix it. Over 3 weeks later and numerous phone calls - NOTHING except will get back with you.. My husband took off work to go back up there today. Finally after getting nasty with them, they're going to get it in. There's NO WAY I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Brand new truck - this is no way to treat your customers. More

Was'nt interested in helping, lots of attitude Brought my car here once for oil change and bad brake squeal and Nicole W was very helpful and nice and professional. After they tried to fix squeak a Brought my car here once for oil change and bad brake squeal and Nicole W was very helpful and nice and professional. After they tried to fix squeak and return to me, they noticed it still happened and told me they'd keep it overnight to fix and gave me a rental. No big deal, things happen and Nicole was great. Well a day later it was squeaking again. No problem. Ill have them fix at next oil change. Fast forward. Unfortunately I saw Tim K. He barely looked at me and acted as if I was bothering him when I came in for my scheduled 930 am (waiting) appointment. Told him all about brake situation. I had some work to do down the street so i said ill be working please call when done. 1230 no call. So i try to see whats going on. He called back at 115 and said it was done and there was no squeak to fix. They drove it and couldn't hear any squeaking and theres nothing they could do. Imagine if i had been sitting there for 4 hours. For an oil change. I was alittle conconcered there was nothing they could do for brakes. When I got in the car I checked miles in and miles out on receipt. 12613 in, 12613 out. They had driven the car ZERO miles. I went it to ask Tim and he immediatley went on the defensive and even ran outside to check the miles to see if i was lying. I asked him if i thought it was thourough job and he said yes and mocked me about " how many miles did you want them to drive it" How about driving at different speeds, heating them up, hills, hard braking/ soft braking? While im speaking to him (all of 40 seconds), he TURNS AROUND AND LEAVES!!! No goodbye no sorry, he was just done! Ive never seen such poor customer service in my life. More
