In the beginning of the build Ricky talked with Mike Deal, and with his experience, Mike has been able to get everything completed. During the time that I have been working with Ricky and Mike, I have noticed that the Don Mealey service department is a big family. They are a great team of people. I would recommend Ricky and any of the other advisors for your needs. Working with Mike has been great. I consider the people at Don Mealey service the best in the business. More

Everything was fantastic I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed and they did not rotate the tires because they said it would be I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was completed and they did not rotate the tires because they said it would be a waste of my money to do so. They suggested that I get new tires. Danielle was awesome. She gave me all the info but was not pushy or overbearing. She gave me a full explanation of what my choices were and I left. I stopped at a local tire place to get a price quote on my own. Danielle got back to me by the end of the day and she was able to give me a great price. She was so very helpful thru this whole process. I have been coming to this dealership for oil changes for a few years now and I have really enjoyed each visit. The team here is always helpful and I am always in and out. I will be coming here for all my service apts in the future. More
Danielle In Service To the Rescue I took my 2016 corvette in yesterday for an appointment to get my first oil change completed. When I arrived I was already under the weather. Danielle I took my 2016 corvette in yesterday for an appointment to get my first oil change completed. When I arrived I was already under the weather. Danielle told me that there was a recall for a software update regarding frontal air bag non-deployment. I asked her how much more time would this take then my oil change - she stated 30 minutes. I explained how I did not want to sit for 1 1/2 - 2 hours due to not feeling good. She amazingly had the entire car finished and had me back on the road in 40 minutes. This is my 2nd experience with Danielle - the first was a flat tire on my corvette on my way to work. Needless to say I missed my shift that day. However Danielle with her great personality and sense of urgency made my day better than as well. Kudos to whomever promoted her to quick service manager. It is important to have the faces of your business as true genuine ambassadors. Chevrolet is my favorite brand and Danielle is a good ambassador for Chevrolet. More
