Good Customer Service My Saturn was making a noise and was referred to Don Mealey for repair. I received a phone call with an update, which I was not expecting, They arranged a rental car for me and worked with my extended warranty company for payment. The next day I heard a noise and they diagnosed the problem and because I was traveling the next day, sent me to another tire shop for the necessary tires. The service from all of the team was excellent. They were very friendly as well. I will definitely return and recommend them to others. More

All my scheduled service was done plus they checked my battery which I choose to replace. Very happy not to be left stranded. More

Katie has helped set me up with onstar for 3 months free, so when the engine decides to act up again I can press the onstar button and they will be able to help me. Being so far from home and not knowing anyone down here I was blessed with finding (Don Mealy Chevrolet) and more importantly (Jerry Merriman) a service advisor at the dealership. I wasn't treated like a stranger from out of state, but as a long time customer! They took care of my truck issues in a professional, courteous, compassionate manner and didn't leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of by any means. Jerry went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would rate this as my #1 top Dealership experience in all my years of purchasing or servicing vehicles and would highly recommend Don Mealy Chevrolet and Jerry Merriman to anyone in need. I am very happy to report that Katey and the dealership went above and beyond my expectations and solved my issue. I have a 2015 Corvette and also a 2017 GMC Sierra and I guarantee You I will bring them into this dealership for service. Thank you for a job well done. More

Service for tire malfuntion WE WERE GREETED WITH A VERY FRIENDLY SMILE--GOT US CHECKED IN AND SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT 45 MINUTES. ASKED IF WE NEED WATER OR ANYTHING. CAR WAS DONE WE WERE GREETED WITH A VERY FRIENDLY SMILE--GOT US CHECKED IN AND SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT 45 MINUTES. ASKED IF WE NEED WATER OR ANYTHING. CAR WAS DONE IN 45 MINUTES AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY. THEY ALSO DID A CAR WASH FOR US. DANIELLE WAS OUR SERVICE REP AND SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE ANYTHING WAS RIGHT AND WE DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING. VERY FREINDLY AND OUT GOING. WILL GO BACK FOR SERVICE AGAIN!!!!! THANKS!!!! More

Other members of the dealership were friendly and courteous to all of us customers as they went about doing their jobs. It is always a nice experience when you go someplace where the team members seem to like each other and enjoy their jobs. More

She cares for people I came in to get an oil change and she showed me the wear on my tires. She said they need to be priority for changing them. I did not have the funds s I came in to get an oil change and she showed me the wear on my tires. She said they need to be priority for changing them. I did not have the funds so i put it off. She called to check onnme, knowing the dangers of driving on those tires, plus i have small children. She found some tires for me that i could afford and really helped me more than one could imagine! Im grateful for her and would recommend anyone to see her! More
