Above and beyond the call of duty!! I'm from the Minneapolis area and arrived yesterday at the Orlando airport. I rented a brand new Chevrolet Tahoe LT which had only 100 miles on it. Wh I'm from the Minneapolis area and arrived yesterday at the Orlando airport. I rented a brand new Chevrolet Tahoe LT which had only 100 miles on it. When I left the rental ramp, the 2nd row 60/40 (40) seat was laid down in the folded position. I thought I would figure it out on my own at a later time. Come to find out, I could not get the seat to open up and fold up into a usable position. I looked at a PDF of the owners manual and still could not get it to work. Something was obviously wrong so I looked up the nearest dealership to where we stay when here in Florida. I pulled into the dealership and was met by three salesmen in the lot who all tried to get the seat figured out. Unsuccessful, they had me drive over near service and brought out a service writer to take a look. Still unsuccessful, they went and grabbed a service technician who came out and tried to get the seat to unfold without success. Myself and my daughter went inside to use the restrooms, and when we came out we were greeted by the service writer and the technician who said he finally figured it out! The seat needed to be slammed down harder than normal to lock, then was able to unfold as designed. I was on my way in about 20 minutes. They helped a customer that did not purchase the vehicle from them, did not have an appointment, and was from out of town. If I lived in the area and had any vehicle needs, I would surely use your dealership. I have had many interactions with a wide range of auto dealers over the years, but this one will be remembered as the most positive. More

Whenever I would make an appointment for service, I would get there only to be told they were "too busy" to accommodate me. I finally got fed up and decided to see if Don Mealey Chevrolet would do my service. After meeting Jerry Merriman (the service advisor), I knew I made the right choice. I've been a customer of Don Mealey's service department for several years now because of Jerry. I was in to get my vehicle serviced on December 16th. After all the years of being treated so well, I knew my next vehicle would be purchased from Don Mealey Chevrolet. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I walked into the showroom and saw a black, 2018 Traverse. That was it... I fell in love with it. I was approached by Dave Coke (a sales associate), who couldn't have been any nicer. He wasn't a high pressure salesman like I've dealt with in the past. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out the various safety features it was equipped with. "SOLD." I went back later in the day to do the paperwork and was greeted by Jorge Rivera (another sales associate) who worked along with Dave. Jorge was a pleasure to do business with also. He too was very knowledgeable and pointed out some additional features the vehicle had. Jorge was computer savvy and showed me how to hook up to wifi, log onto my Sirius XM account, came with me when I took it for a test drive and explained how different features worked. I was introduced to Marc Anglin (the finance manager) and he couldn't have been more pleasant and made the deal stress free. All in all, my experience in purchasing my new Traverse from Don Mealey Chevrolet was outstanding. From now on, my loyalty is to Don Mealey Chevrolet... and it all started the very first day I met Jerry Merriman. More

I was there this morning right when they opened. The service counter employee was so unfriendly not even a smile. He know my name since I have been going to this dealer for the last three years. He didn't even greet me with a smile. Just a bad attitude. He said it would take 1/2-2 hours before they could get my vehicle into the shop. There was one car in front of me.. There has been other issues with my vehical at this dealer.. Service shop employees not knowing what there doing.. I have decided to take my vehicle to another chevy dealer for service that is 20 miles from my house rather than going back to Don Mealey 2 miles from my house.. I hope this review will be going to this chevy dealer as well... More
