Had my 2018 cadillac towed in for service on the brakes, the staff was professional and attentive to my concerns and even found addition items that needed to be repaired. I had the worst experience as I took my Cadillac in for service and left with noise in the front end that I was told the bearing after having that bearing replaced. The noise continued, so I took the car t service and left with noise in the front end that I was told the bearing after having that bearing replaced. The noise continued, so I took the car to Massey Cadillac and discovered the noise was coming from the rear tires. The technician did not tighten the lug nuts. We took my son’s car in to check out squeaks in the brakes and steering. We had an appt. The worst service advisor , Nick Wright , helped when we went to check on an update after 2 hours. We could see the car sitting in the same place it had been sitting for 2 hours. He told us”they are literally test driving it now” I said I think it’s there and hasn’t moved. He said “next time I will have them park it somewhere else so you won’t think it hasn’t been moved”. So I asked well how long has it been back because nobody told us it was ready? He said “Well if I was a mind reader I would have called you earlier”. At that point we just got the paperwork and left. They have lost 2 customers today because of Nick Wright and his apparent hatred for his job. We will NOT go back. I had to give him a 1 star but he doesn’t deserve anymore than a zero. More

Dropped off my 2017 Silverado for tapping noise under the hood…. To do the lifters you're looking at $7189.44. I do have to order the parts so we would be looking at next week for completion. Once the parts arrive i would have a better idea of which day and time exactly. Please let me know how to proceed. Surprised at the cost for what should be (in my mind) around an 8 hour job. Asked for written estimate and it started to makes some sense. But still high. John Fletcher the service director reached out to me to discuss and explained everything very well. He worked with me on the margins he had available to him an I am happy to say we worked it out in the end. Rachel, the service tech, did her job without fault and I applaud her for working with a somewhat disillusioned customer. More
Shame on chevy for making vehicles and not training thier mechanics how to fix the issue.
