Jere and Chris were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the Chevrolet Cruze vehicle we were interested in. They both worked extremely hard and kept in phone and email contact with us throughout the e about the Chevrolet Cruze vehicle we were interested in. They both worked extremely hard and kept in phone and email contact with us throughout the entire sales purchase right up to the very end when we activated the On Star system inside the vehicle prior to returning home. Sales is terrible, they have gave me bad customer service many times, when trying to purchase 3 differend vehicles from them. First was a Used Silverado, originally they were ok, but as the deals started get many times, when trying to purchase 3 differend vehicles from them. First was a Used Silverado, originally they were ok, but as the deals started getting further, the BS started coming, AC was broke on the truck, after its "inspection" once I purchased the truck they said they wre not going to fix it at all. Second was a year or so later when I tryed to trade in the truck for a brand new one, they offered me $4,000 less for my trade than a dealer in Orlando, lets just say I went to orland for business. Service department is OK. Sales is BAD! More
