Rickey, is an excellent Service Advisor he listens to your needs and gets you to the right techinicain for the type of work you need done. Throughout the process of replacing the engine and transmission as well as paint and body work he is the man to go see for your automotive needs. He has steered me in the right direction for getting my truck looking like it came from one of those car shows from TLC or Velocity channels from TV. Also, Rickey paired me up with Mike Deal, A Master Techinicain who takes attention to detail and quality workmanship. He installed the engine, transmission, electrical and a aftermarket fuel injection system on the performance engine. Well, I can go on and on about everything that was looked at, and or modified. Mike, has done a Awesome Job!!! Rickey, has done a Awesome Job!!! If you need someone to trust Rickey, is your Service Advisory. Sincerely, Tom More

Unprofessional Bought a 2009 Arcadia from them only to learn it was rigged up to drive for only a year started having problems after problems took it into the servic Bought a 2009 Arcadia from them only to learn it was rigged up to drive for only a year started having problems after problems took it into the service center to explain to them what was wrong with it asked for a vehicle inspection in which I told them to put it on a machine so I knew exactly what was wrong with it instead I was told by Rickie they done a visual inspection instead remind you a visual inspection meant looking at it visual and not physically so what's to say what's physically wrong with it to make a blog story short I replaced the pipes underneath which cost a lot every time I went to fuel my car and put gas in it it wouldn't start so I was told that was the problem got home drove it for two days and now something else wrong take it back to them now it's the motor mounts transmission all kind of bull crap remind you if they would of put it on the machine the first time all this would have been prevented after getting very frustrated with them letting them hold on to it for a while they give me a call that they were going to fix all the problems for me free of charge so I said great not to mentioned I bought 4 other cars from them so I thought they were doing Me a huge favor remind you I haven't drove this car for a year so I get it home drive it for a week and now it's the transmission wow I gave up on it the whole theory of this story if you purchase something make sure you know what your getting yourself into all this money came out of my pocket and there not honest they just want your money I would never in life purchase or recommend them to a dog if he had license and wanted to buy a vehicle stay away from them More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES / BUY A CORVETTE IN THE FUTURE My lady and me decided to take a look at a Corvette last week and the salesperson had no tact at all. We where neatly dressed in jeans but the sale My lady and me decided to take a look at a Corvette last week and the salesperson had no tact at all. We where neatly dressed in jeans but the salesperson gave us the feeling of not taking us serious to possibly by a car in the future. The salesman said the cars are locked because of children but he never offered to open the doors on any of the 4 cars in the showroom. The salesman never offered his card as we where leaving. The salesman seemed to be sizing us up that we could not afford a car like a Corvette. When I buy one and not from Don Mealy I will be sure to send my invoice to the dealership. We can't remember the salespersons name but by the pictures below it looked like Bob Poston. A lesson for this dealership never estimate a person's ability to buy. More

Danielle is wonderful at communicating status when I am at the dealer for service. She is fully aware of the steps and locations the vehicle needs to move to and often "runs, literally" from location to location to help expedite my service. During my last service a filter that needed replacing was not available. Danielle tracked the filter, called me twice when it arrived, and followed through until I went in for service.
