The dealership's online inventory seemed plentiful. We made the trip and were impressed upon entering their grounds. We were greeted very professionally by Richard McKinley upon our arrival. He listened to our objectives, and gave very detailed, knowledgeable overviews of the types of vehicles (new) we were interested in test driving. Richard was very attentive and guided us through our selection process. We test drove two different vehicles and decided to focus on one of the two. Richard very thoroughly presented both lease and purchase options, and answered our numerous questions, and fielded our proposals. We ended up completing a transaction for a lease on a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox. Richard McKinley's professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail (he referred to my wife and I by our first names, after we introduced ourselves upon arrival), were very influential in our decision to go ahead with our acquisition.
