I've never had a smoother experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership before! I found my "new to me" 2022 Ram 1500 on a 3rd party site and reached out to the staff at Don Mealey. He was AWESOME! There was no back and forth haggling or sneaky dealer sales tactics. Everything was straight forward. I was pre-approved through my credit union and after learning the dealership also works with my credit union, the process was seamless! The Sales Managers (JC Harrelson & Rodney Allen) were extremely helpful. I can't forget to mention Josh Tojek in finance. He finalized everything for me and went through all the details. I had the worst experience as I took my Cadillac in for service and left with noise in the front end that I was told the bearing after having that bearing replaced.
