my wife contacted the service department about getting an appointment to get our equinox oil changed, The rep said they were too busy to talk and someone would call us back. About 4 hours later she again c appointment to get our equinox oil changed, The rep said they were too busy to talk and someone would call us back. About 4 hours later she again called and was told they are too busy to talk to her and that someone would call her back. She said forget it and a rep from ford was very friendly to her and immediately scheduled an appointment, I have purchased four equinox but now I'll soon be in the market for a new vehicle and will be going to ford because you are just too busy to talk to your customers. You may want to let whomever answers the phone know how important it is to be friendly and assist the customer. See what one poor response can do???? More

Bought a brand new Camaro which cost over 40k and they removed the tire inflation kit and said it didn’t come with it even though the holder was left in the trunk, they gave it to someone else, we’re firs removed the tire inflation kit and said it didn’t come with it even though the holder was left in the trunk, they gave it to someone else, we’re first responders and they screwed us over for a few dollars, we will never buy from this dealer again and recommend no one else does, all they care about is money and don’t give a xxxx about their customers, horrible people. Took my car in for oil change/tire rotation/fluid top off on Friday, received a call from service department indicating car was ready to pick but they couldn’t do the tire rotation. Said my lug nuts had swol on Friday, received a call from service department indicating car was ready to pick but they couldn’t do the tire rotation. Said my lug nuts had swollen, never heard of this. The most shocking hint about the call was I was told it would cost over $620 to replace 20 lugs nots. Told me the lug nuts were over $18 each and it would be about an hour and a half labor. I was dumbfounded, but knew enough to know this was a scam and told them I would wait on that service. Was also disappointed when I picked up car there was no discount on the oils change since they didn’t perform the tire rotation. Call me crazy but 74.50 plus tax is a lot for an oil change. I will not be bringing my car in for any other service. The thing that breaks my heart is what if an older woman who is alone and doesn’t know much about vehicles got this call, they could have very easily been taken for over $620. Don Mealy should be ashamed of themselves. More
