His personality brightened our day. He covered what we needed, wanted, kept me in budget, and covered all the details. After choosing the vehicle Celesté had the paperwork all ready and laid out. The contract was precise, and they included everything from the beginning so options didn’t become add on to my budgeted quote. Which I greatly appreciate! This was our first time being to this lot, we actually drove a ways to get there. I have been asked why I passed so many car lots to go to this one, At first it was because I found a car online that I was interested in and it happened to be on that lot, but next time my family wants a vehicle- we’ll come back to this lot for the quality vehicles, the integrity in the details, the welcoming environment, and we’ll ask for Zeb. 😊 Thank you Toyota of Katy team for our beautiful vehicle! I called Monday afternoon to have a low tire examined. I was able to secure a 12:30pm appointment immediately. Upon arriving, Carter checked me in and explained the entire process.
