But after returning home and actually going through paper work I realized they have made a fool out of me. I was told because I am buying a pre-certified car I would be given towing, key replacement etc free for 1 year. Imagine my shock when i saw that they had me sign some blue shield protection for 199$ for all these service . I was never ever disclosed this fact while purchasing the car. I know it was my bad , I should have read the docs clearly before signing. One more bad experience is they gave me just 1 set of keys and after the purchase I was told I need to pay if I want an duplicate set of keys. More

Instead of getting my hopes up and looking at cars that weren't in our price range, Berwyn ran my credit and then he showed me the cars that were within my price range. I am so glad that he did that! He saved us a lot of time and disappointment by doing this first. He then brought the cars around and let me drive both. I fell in love with one, but decided to get a different one because of price/mileage/year comparison. He had the paperwork typed up when my dad (car guru) showed up and just pointed out a few, small details that we may not like about the one I chose. We decided to go with the initial one I wanted. Berwyn had no problem re-typing up our paperwork. We aren't serious people and Berwyn joked with us and wasn't too serious, all while being very, very professional. My credit isn't the best, but they were able to het me approved and I drove out in my new car, a Honda Pilot!!!:) I highly recommend Don McGill. When you walk in, make sure you ask for Berwyn... You won't be disappointed!! More

The customer service was outstanding, he went above and beyond to make us happy. After we bought the car we had a few questions and the communication with him was excellent. Specially, the attention, friendly advise and help fr that I'm so happy and satisfied with the professional treat and service I received from Toyota. Specially, the attention, friendly advise and help from Mr Leo Martinez. Buying a car might be intimidated for some of us but in my 4 times I felt Mr Martinez was very outstanding, concise and precise at not making me feel pressured throughout the decision and buying process. I'd like to thank Don McGill Toyota dealership for making once again my experience a smooth transition in to my new car! I deserved as a loyal customer the best from Toyota and received it. Also, I want to thank the attention of Mrs Tatiana and Lupe for their great personal service and the way she explained to me the financing, warranty, etc. In summary, I had a great experience at Don McGill and will definitely recommend them to my friends or anybody who wnts to buy a Toyota car. I went to Don McGill after seeing that they had fairly priced cars on their website. Since it was so close to home my dad and I stopped by after getting off of work at about 5:30 on a week night. No one w priced cars on their website. Since it was so close to home my dad and I stopped by after getting off of work at about 5:30 on a week night. No one was out on the lot greeting customers and it was unclear where to park, we went inside and were taken back to speak with a used car saleswoman. I told her the cars that I wanted to test drive and she told me that I shouldn't test drive a Fusion because Toyota was better... and that was that. I was not given the option to drive a fusion or an altima, only a camry. She said she would go get the keys and meet us outside. Luckily it was a beautiful evening because we waited outside for a good 30+ minutes waiting for her to find the car. Not only was this a huge waste of time but the car they put me in was not the Certified Pre-Owned Camry with 30,000 miles like she'd said, it wasn't CPO and it had 47,000+ miles on it. She also randomly stuck a different salesman in the car with me instead of riding with me herself. It drove great, but after I pulled back in they immediately swept us inside to give me a quote on the trade in that I purposely hadn't brought in because I knew I wouldn't buy that evening but hopefully the next day if I liked what I saw. They gave me a high quote sight unseen for the trade in and brought the numbers out for the price of the car I'd driven. They had started a 2009 Camry with 47,000+ miles at $23,000!!!!! Then they "knocked it down to fit in my budget" to 21,000, and took out 2500 for a trade in they hadn't seen yet so it came out to 17,5000 without any warranty or anything. I said I'd sleep on it, so they brought the used car manager over to try to coerce me into taking it home. I understand that this is part of the overall car dealership experience but I had to repeat myself about 8 times before they finally let me walk out of there. I did not return, no dealership that wouldn't let me say what types of car I wanted to test drive deserves anyone's business. I also didn't appreciate how they pulled the switch on the car I thought I was driving and the one they actually put me in. They also never even called me to follow up to see if I was interested in the car until almost a week later. I think they need to get their stuff together! I went to a different dealership later in the week and found a newer car with less mileage for over $1500 less, not to mention the people were much friendlier, much more time efficient and didn't have the "greasy salesmen" persona. If you're looking for a friendly car dealership atmosphere and want to go here because its convenient, do yourself a favor and drive a little further out of town to get a better deal! More

They were a "prefered" auto body shop through my insurance company, and they shouldn' be. My car was hit in the rear passenger door. My car was returned to me with AT LEAST 4 more damages through my insurance company, and they shouldn' be. My car was hit in the rear passenger door. My car was returned to me with AT LEAST 4 more damages, my interior was tarnished, deep paint knick on the other side of the car, my bumper was marked, those are just a few of the many problems I had here. When I pointed out the damages to the shop they fought me about it. I have pictures for my proof, they don't. When I tried to talk to Mike he literally turned the other way and walked away from me. I am now taking my car elsewhere to finish repairs. I will never set foot in that vicinity again. More
