Darius is AMAZING!!! I purchased a preowned Scion and the previous owner carried a dog in it. The scent was impregnated deep in the car. I was told by my sales guy, Keith, to just put a deodorizer in it. An ozone machine was supposedly used in it to get the smell out but upon pick up the car smelled the same. At this point Darius got involved and had us leave the car for another ozone treatment. I had purchased the car as a mother's day present and needed it to be right. My mother didn't think she could deal with the strong smell so I was ready to return the car to the dealership. Darius asked me to check it out before returning it. We went out to smell it and there was a faint scent. We pondered on taking it or leaving it for a while. Darius kept checking on us without pressure. We decided to keep the car. Before taking it, Darius noticed we were missing the back headrests and he ordered them for us. He emailed me to let me know they had arrived and I let him know the car's smell was not subsiding after using deodorizers He told me the detailing team would use a new machine to clean it up and that he would personally check on it every hour. The carpet was replaced. Darius went and bought a $50 pet cleaning liquid and applied it. The detail team was supposed to shampoo the seats and use the ozone machine again. The detail team failed to do a good job on it so when Darius went to check it, the smell was faintly there. He took it upon himself to personally shampoo the seats using his own steam cleaner. He went and bought his own steam cleaning liquid. Darius stayed at the dealership until 11pm that day shampooing the car. He even asked the dealership to replace all the mats in the car. He took it upon himself to make sure I had a lifetime positive experience. He believes in "customer happiness and fully satisfied." He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy. I can never repay him for all the work he did for me. I will recommend him to all my friends and family members looking for a car because he has changed my view on car salesmen. Oh I forgot to add that Darius didn't sale me the car for him to take on my problem. If anyone is looking for a great car experience, look Darius up...HE IS THE BEST IN MY EYES!! More

They insisted it could be repaired. As soon as I drive off the lot after four weeks and $10K in repairs, I heard noises. I also found orange peel on all pieces they repainted. I returned the car and they owned the paint issue. They told me the back end noise was brakes and the front end was the guards when the wheel is turned. I argued the car was inspected two weeks prior to the accident and neither would have passed if their answer was correct. After months of arguing with both the dealer and Progressive (my insurance), I took my car to Helfman River Oaks. The brake noise? The exhaust falling off from the back end hit in the accident. The front end noise? A broken control arm on the right side of the car. I spoke to the dealership about these three major issues. Ricky said they fixed the paint so what's the problem. He offered to help me with a trade (I declined) and to help me out in my next accident. I said they would never receive insurance money from me and he said no, this would be free of charge, a bumper, door, whatever I needed. After speaking to Gulf States Toyota, I learned there no notes on my account after the car was picked up the first time. No notes on noises, re painting, nothing. Not sure how I'll get my free bumper with no notes. Stay away from this dealership. More

Stay away unless you want to buy trouble I would like to rate 0 if I can. If you bought a car here, you would buy trouble. I am complaining not because they promised to give a car under 50 miles but finally gave me a car with 160 miles on it and with several scratches. I still bought that car because I needed a car immediately and didn't want to bother my friend to drive there again and again though I was really upset about this dealership. But I didn't know that this was just a beginning. What I am really complaining is the way they treat their customer. First, one of the keys they gave me was broken. I discovered that one of the keys didn't work the second day, and had to drive back to replace a key. They told me the key would be ready in one week, and I had to drive back again to reprogramming. Dear, who should pay for my time and energy! You gave me a broken key, and made me drove to 30 miles twice. Second, the way they take care of my loan really sucks me. I waited around one month, and nobody from this dealership called to instruct me how, when and where to pay my loan. I had no way but calling them asking about my loan and tried to make every thing out by myself. I just can say, their customer service didn't help at all, I managed to get the contact information of the financial institution and called it directly. Guess what?! I found that my information had not been received yet ,and there was only 10 days left before my 1st due. I had to call all the related parties to solve this problem by myself, and as usually, there was nobody in the finance department at this dealership picking up the phone, and nobody called me back about my loan even if I left message several times. Then, the way they treat my tag irritates me. Usually it takes 30 to 60 days to have a permanent tag ready. However 57 days passed and my temporary tag was due in 3 days, but there was nobody from this dealership called me even to explain what happened. Again I had to call this dealership by myself and they just made me wait wait and wait, wait until the phones disconnected automatically. I called six times to have a unrelated staff told me that the finance department was really busy. Yes, the finance department was always busy to get money out of your pocket, and then they neglected you. Stay away from this dealership unless you want to risk your credit for their inefficiency, unless you want to get a ticket for the expired temporary tag, unless you want to make constant calls to get no response at all, and unless you want your whole schedule messed up because you have to replace another temporary tag on the exact day the first temporary tag expires. I don't believe they will really call me for the services they promised. It seems you have to push them constantly for the things they should take care of for you! More

John Roberts came to the dealership on his day off to make sure that the Collision Center fixed that paint job right and didn't leave me trying to figure out how to get it done all alone. I feel so good about John Roberts excellent customer service and taking care of his customer that I can totally recommend him as BEST TOYOTA SALESMAN 2014. More

I emailed the dealership to make sure it was available because I was driving from 2-hours away. They confirmed me that it was available and even made me an appointment to insure I would be able to test drive. When I get there the veichle is not even available. Of course they had the newest model ready for me to test drive with the keys and all. This establishment does dirty business. The manager that I had been in contact with didn't even come out to apologize. Everyone I know will never shop here again due to their ethics. Stay away from this dealership!!! More
