Worst car buying experience ever. My 20th purchase Dealership is customer hostile and arrogant. I paid cash. Asked multiple times for the paperwork to be completed before the day of pickup (i’ve do Dealership is customer hostile and arrogant. I paid cash. Asked multiple times for the paperwork to be completed before the day of pickup (i’ve done this on my last 6 cars without issue until Don McGill). Waited 3 hours so they could push me to buy extras. Finally escaped and found they “prepped the car” by leaving it dead on empty. Made it to a gas station. I strongly warn others do not shop here. There are many solid toyota dealers. These guys are scam salesmen. More
