Good sales, not great trade in value. They gave me a good price. Only thing I would say to change would be that the inital trade in price was not great. I had fixed the car at this dealership, paid $5k for the fix, and two months later they offered $1.2k for it. Kelly blue book said $2k. I bartered for more, and got it. I was told often how good a price I was getting for this, "better than employee". I don't think this was the salesmen's fault at all, but management makes me feel like my loyalty of staying there for both maintenance and new cars wasn't necessarily appreciated. Victor was good to work with. Just wish the trade in wasn't as much of a fight. More

My bigger issue is two-fold: 1) They are not responsive to get back with customers at all. I’ve left multiple voice messages with finance people over a 2.5 week period and cannot get them to return a call or text. 2) The dealership is VERY nickel-and-dimey. First, we buy expensive SUV and they give it to us with only a 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. In all my years, giving you a car with a full tank is standard. Second, after we got home, we realized we had only been given one car door remote. We go back to dealership and they want to charge us for it!! I say that’s disappointing and they actually negotiated the price down. You would think after paying more than $50,000 in cash for a vehicle they would give you a full tank of gas and the standard two remotes as a courtesy. Unfortuanately, that wasn’t the case. More

Used Car Buying Experience We recently purchased a used Camry from Don McGill. It took a little while to get helped, but it was a very busy Saturday. We were eventually helped b We recently purchased a used Camry from Don McGill. It took a little while to get helped, but it was a very busy Saturday. We were eventually helped by Peter. He was happy to show us multiple Corollas and recommended a few Camrys. We test drove a few of each and eventually settled on a Camry. In a few of the cars there were cleanliness issues, but, again, it was busy and had lots of people in-out of the cars. When we returned to Peters desk there was a group of other agents huddled at his desk. They eventually left but someone left a water bottle on the table which my girlfriend almost accidentally drank out of (kind of gross). If a coworker is working a deal, and you have to use his desk, at least leave it the way you found it. It was an awkward situation for us and Peter. Lastly, the financing portion took way too long. It took well over an hour with pre approved external financing and no one else waiting. On the whole, solid 4/5. Peter was awesome. More
