Dealer for life Five years coming from a job at Pct 5, I stopped in to see if they had any small trucks i could consider. I met a guy by the name of Frank, who told me he only had one on the lot. In a flash he gave me the keys pointed me in the direction and said go test drive it. I did, and it was a tundra, beautiful truck. When I came back in Frank already had me heading to finance. The quickest vehicle purchase experience I ever had. June 2018 Kenneth Brown and his co-worker gave me a very similar experience as I purchased a Chrysler 300 (black). No pressure sales. I really didn't think they would get the deal done. I left for a meeting I had. Hour later Kenneth Brown called and said the made the deal. None of this going back and forth garbage. when I returned to the dealership I was already in Finance. No Hassle buying at Don McGill Toyota, I would never buy any where else. More

Horrible everything !!! Don McGill does NOT care about its customers! They only care about pushing cars out of the door and not losing money. The first sales associate (Ekong Don McGill does NOT care about its customers! They only care about pushing cars out of the door and not losing money. The first sales associate (Ekong) tossed me the keys to the car I was looking at and left me alone in the hot sun to go and help someone else.. NOT COOL! The second set were more personable but NOTHING they said would happen with my deal actually happened. There’s not enough space on here to describe my disgust with these people.. they don’t actually “give” you a break, they inflate warranty and GAP numbers to make you feel you’re getting a good deal... I have great credit and they shopped my loan around after I asked them not to! I would recommend doing your homework first and trying another dealership.. Chris and Romario are good sales guys but the scenarios they gave me for my car were not accurate. It’s not their fault though they inherited this mess from the African guy EKONG.. I wish I never had the first sales guy bc he’s the one that messed up everything !! Larry in Finance is a fast talking swindler so watch out for him.. Oh and make sure your loan and terms are finalized before you leave!!!! DRAMA!!! More

Happy with the service we recieved We had a very good experience buying an automobile from Don McGill Toyota. I spoke to Danielle on the phone and she was knowledgeable and helpful. The salesman we spoke to was Jay and he was wonderful. We drove about 4 hours because of the excellent deal we found online. Everything was ready to go when we got there. Great shopping experience! Lewis (salesperson) was extremely helpful and approachable. We tested various vehicles and reviewed differences in options. Then at end we had a little change of heart and asked to test another vehicle. Again, Lewis did not hesitate in finding it and going for another test ride. That’s the one we ended up purchasing. So far we have been very happy with the Toyota 2018 Highlander LE V6 we purchased. The follow up calls from Don McGill have been informative and timely. Lewis’ tutorial on many of the car feature was comprehensive and very easy to follow, and fun as well. More
