However, the processes for everything from purchasing a car to renting a temporary car were so slow. Plan your visit to be 2-3 hours long. While the representative apologized each time for the delay, it was terribly irritating to wait a long time. I watched two episodes of Judge Judy on one of my visits. Aaaah!! Also, I had to sign at least 20 documents. In today’s digital age, one signature should be good for all documents. More

New car purchase I went to this dealership because it was on the Costco discount program. I made appointment with one of your associates. When I arrived I checked in I went to this dealership because it was on the Costco discount program. I made appointment with one of your associates. When I arrived I checked in at the front desk, I was passed on to another associate without explanation. The showman was busy with another customer and directed one of his assistants to take us on a test drive in the car that I was looking for. After the test drive, I asked that the runningboards could be removed as this was a feature that I did not want. The salesman told me that they couldn’t do that. He suggested that I have someone else take them off later and that I could sell them on eBay. Seriously? Ultimately I had a pay extra to have this Add one feature removed by the dealership which I thought was very poor service. The discount that I received On the Cosco program was no better than what I had received negotiating on my own in the past from This dealership. We agreed on a price and I was referred to the financial department. That part of the process went relatively smoothly. The young man was very organized. It took an hour and a half for makeready to wash the car and remove the running boards which was ridiculous. Make ready left some type of glue or adhesive on all of the hubcaps when the car was delivered and I had to remove it when I got home with some alcohol. It took 5 1/2 hours From start to finish for me to purchase a car and finally get out of the dealership. While I was at the dealership I receive no less than three emails asking me if I was going to come to my appointment that day. Apparently the front desk doesn’t seem to communicate well with sales staff. I hate buying cars. More
