Just took my 2023 Traverse in for diagnostic. I had a 10:15 appointment. When I made the appointment was told 1-3 hr wait and we have a lounge for you as I told them I was by myself and no one t I had a 10:15 appointment. When I made the appointment was told 1-3 hr wait and we have a lounge for you as I told them I was by myself and no one to pick me up. When I got there was told my car wouldn’t even be looked at until 4 PM. There were 12 cars ahead of me. I asked do you have a loaner, no. I said I can’t sit here that long. When I purchased the car was told our Service Department is top notch. Why couldn’t someone call and let me know they are backed up. I had an hour drive to the Dealership. Rescheduled me for Thursday and was told I need to have someone bring me. That is not an option for me. Why give appointment if you aren’t going to stick to your 1-3 hr timeframe I was told. I made an appointment closer to home and when I explained what happened was told they have a shuttle that will bring me back home. Very disappointed with the way this was handled. More
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had all the service work done on the second vehicle at this dealership. No matter if purchasing a car or getting service done the customer service ha had all the service work done on the second vehicle at this dealership. Well, my first experience was they didn’t top off my fluids on an oil change, which isn’t a big deal but I left it there because I had a thumping noise coming out of my stereo. I have a passenger explorer van which is an explorer conversion so I left my car there for a week because they had somebody on vacation. They couldn’t make the one phone call to explorer to get advice on the issue. They just call and say they do not do that work. If you’re going to sell the vehicle, then you should service the vehicle correct it’ll be my last time going there talk about lazy. More
