Very frustrating experience. Brought in due to the vehicle shaking at higher speeds. Corrected the balance of the tires and was told that both my front and rear brakes were cont Brought in due to the vehicle shaking at higher speeds. Corrected the balance of the tires and was told that both my front and rear brakes were contributing to the issue. This was included on the estimate. I then said I had the rear brakes done less than a year ago at another repair facility. He stepped away and returned in less than 30 seconds with a line through that part of the estimate containing the quote for the rear brakes and said, "Oh, I had that confused with another vehicle." Not buying it. I had the front brakes repaired two weeks later. I leave, and the car is still shaking. They said it is likely the rear brakes I had done and I should take the car back to that repair shop. Schedule an appointment with that facility and take off of work again. The technician at that facility had me drive along with him. He showed me how the steering wheel was shaking back and forth, and that is stemming from the front of the vehicle. Stated the new rotors are likely out of round. Phone Ford yet again. They have me come in for the third time. I take off from work again. I insist on driving along with their technician this time. The technician agreed it is likely the front brakes that Ford just repaired. He puts it up on the rack and determined the rotors were indeed out of round/spec. It has been a month now, and I'm still waiting on the rotors to come in.Not sure that driving around on these out of spec rotors is not damaging the calipers, pads, tires, etc. I highly doubt that will be considered whenever I am phoned to return. This will be my last trip to this dealership. More

Over charging for simple work. I recently took my 2013 F150 there because the check-engine light was on. They charged me over $100.00 to tell me that it was a sensor problem and wa I recently took my 2013 F150 there because the check-engine light was on. They charged me over $100.00 to tell me that it was a sensor problem and wanted $400.00 to fix the problem. I went to an auto parts dealer and they checked the computer for free and told me I needed a $50.00 sensor to fix the problem. I own a small business and I understand the need to make a profit but $500.00 is a little steep for me. I asked them to fix a flat and they indicated they would take care of it but they charged me for that also. They also gave me a report wanting to fix another $2000.00 dollars worth of problems. Every time I go to this dealer it costs me way more then I expect. More
