Accommodating & trust worthy I bought my Beetle from another dealer but when I called Don Jacobs on a Friday needing my 30,000 mile service done that Satruday, they were very acco I bought my Beetle from another dealer but when I called Don Jacobs on a Friday needing my 30,000 mile service done that Satruday, they were very accommodating. Even though the service was going to take a couple of hours they fit me in on that Satruday.. They were prompt at getting the job done even washed my beetle .. The staff was very friendly. I was just surprised at how they got me in with such short notice even though I didn't purchase my vehicle there and they didn't know me.... I will be going back for further service jobs... More
