Fantastic customer service My son and I were driving his' Honda Fit ,at night in western KY, when suddenly a dead deer was in the road. I was on a four lane highway and could not avoid hitting it. The car was driveable, but I was worried about the rattling noises that it began to make. and we had many miles to go until we were home in PA. The next morning I went to the Don Jacob's service department. They got me in right away, checked the car to make sure that it was safe to drive, cleaned the underside of the car, and changed the oil as requested. I was only charged me for the oil change. I cannot thank Lauren Rohr and her team enough for their excellent service and for the peace of mind they gave us on the rest of our trip back to PA. More

They changed price to $17000 then added on more charges The final price was over I tried vehicle wanted to buy it. Price on the internet was $15500. While i was explains the price another salesman came and pretended another customer was interested in the car. they didn't try to rectify the price. the other salesman didn't have anybody looking at the car. IT was parked where i could see it. I can't believe the dishonest and high pressure tactics. Don't waste your time there. More
