Worked out price with Felix (sales rep) went to do the deal and he said he never gave me that price. I found the email sent it to him then he said "if you can read that is not a real deal." Then the manager contacted me and refused to make it right, even thought the price I wanted was only $200 under full retail. High DOC fee $599 (everybody else is $199-$399. Rude sales rep. Lost other deal I was working on. Save yourslef some time and agrivation and do business with a profesional company. More
My husband and I purchased a used T&C here in March 2011 and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Our salesman was Dustin and he took up so much time with us in checking out all the vehicles and finally helping us to decide on the one we purchased. We ended up with a vehicle that was fully loaded with all the bells and whistles and were very pleasantly surprised at the good price we were quoted. We have told everyone that is interested in a car, that they should go to Don Jackson to purchase their vehicle. DJ helped to arrange the financing. When we went back for oil changes, Dustin and DJ have always greeted us like old friends and taken time to talk with us. In October, my husband passed away and today I had to take the car in for service. After discussing some service needs I had, I became emotional and started crying. I did not want to sit in the regular waiting room while crying to I sought Dustin out who had me come sit in his office until I was okay. I discussed some of my concerns with him and he immediately went to the service department and took care of everything I needed done. He treats his customers the way he would want to be treated. I would recommend this dealer and this salesperson to anyone looking for a vehicle. As a woman who does not know the first thing about cars, I feel that Dustin will be available to make sure I get only the service I need. More

I emailed an official sale price I had from another local jeep dealership to Spencer in sales with Don jackson. He assured me that he could match the price and for me to come get the vehicle as he had local jeep dealership to Spencer in sales with Don jackson. He assured me that he could match the price and for me to come get the vehicle as he had a sign from God that it was meant for me to buy from him and he had already cleaned the vehicle for me to come purchase. I explained that I was in a rental car that had to be returned by 2pm, but the Spencer assured me that providing that my credit and everything was ok that we could have the deal done in plenty of time for me to return the rental car to avoid an additional $200 charge for keeping the rental until Tuesday morning as this was Memorial Day weekend. After arriving to Don Jackson at approximately 10am, the jeep that Spencer said had been cleaned and ready for me had not been moved nor cleaned. After waiting for over a hour for Spencer to assist me, he said that he couldnt see the final price from the other dealership in the email I sent him so I presented a hard copy of the offer to him. Once he went and spoke with his sales manager, he came back and told me there was no way the other dealership could be selling me the vehicle for the price on the official offer I had. Spencer went on to say that if I can get it for the price at the other dealership that he would get one there too. After being mislead and lied to, I left Don Jackson and drove to Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge and purchased the vehicle for an additional $500 less than what was on their offer. I had to pay an additional $200 for not getting the rental car returned on time, which was because of the misleading business practices of Don Jackson. I sent Spencer at Don Jackson a photo of the final price I got my 2011 jeep from Ed Voyles for since he and his sales manager stated that there was no way they would do the deal. He didn't respond. Since then I've had two fraternity brothers purchase vehicles from Ed Voyles and I saved them from being mislead by Don Jackson Chrysler Dodge Jeep. More
This dealership was a pleasant surprise. I can honestly say that they gave me a great deal on a new durango and a great trade amount for my car. I called ahead to bring my 2007 Jeep Cherokee in for Transmission work, and a radio wiring issue. I arrived at 7am as scheduled, but had to wait over 30 minutes for my loaner (rental from enterprise) to arrive because that was the soonest they opened (I noted a need for a rental when my appointment was made). Enterprise was very fast and friendly, and this review should reflect nothing negative on their part. Before leaving I was told that I should expect a call around lunch time with a final diagnosis and approximate finish time. I had to continuously call in to get any kind of an update, every time they were rude and seemed annoyed that I was wanting to stay in the loop on the progress of my own car. They didn't end up looking at it till the end of the day, and didn't start work till the day after. They ended up needing to order parts, which took even longer because they ran into the weekend, and I had to fight at the end to get them to cover the end of the rental because they took longer than my insurance was willing to cover because of their own inability to properly schedule appointments and block off appropriate time. The service manager even insulted me to my husband, insulted my husband's profession and intelligence to his face, and refused to answer my calls for information (on my own car) when I requested a 3 way call between the service coordinator and his manager to straighten things out. What started out as a 4-8 hour project ended up as a 1 week fiasco. We sold the car that following week to guarantee we would never have to deal with their service department ever again!!! More

The vehicle was the lowest priced that I had viewed online and that price was honored when I came into the dealership that day. I talked with Mr. Williams over the phone prior to coming, before I came the Jeep was detailed, inspected and had an oil change. He picked me up at the Airport, brought me to the dealership and had th coming, before I came the Jeep was detailed, inspected and had an oil change. Mr. Williams had another customer that morning, so he gave me the keys so I could take it for a test drive and inspect it. I found some seepage on the engine around the oil pan and Mr. Williams had the service dept. check and then replace the oil pan gasket prior to my purchase. I had to wait for the repair which took about 4 hours, but I felt comfortable knowing that I wouldn't be leaking any oil on the 4 hour trip home. The waiting area has WiFi! The listed internet price is as low as they can go, but they did comp the price for me to replace a ripped soft top window. More
