I've had several dealings with the service department here, both with my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my 2008 Town & Country. For routine service - oil change, tire rotation, etc - they're fine. You'll here, both with my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my 2008 Town & Country. For routine service - oil change, tire rotation, etc - they're fine. You'll be happy, although you'll probably have to wait longer than the service writers tell you. On the other hand - for anything that is NOT routine maintenance - STAY AWAY. I had several issues with my Jeep that they could not solve. I took it there on 2 separate occassions for rough idling - they charged me each time, saying they'd fixed the problem - and both times the problem was back in less than 100 miles. They refused to credit me, saying the work they performed needed to be done, even when the problem I took it to them for was not solved. I finally fixed the problem MYSELF, after doing some online research and watching a few Youtube videos of how to fix the problem. I took my Jeep back to show the service manager and to explain how I had fixed it - he became extremely defensive, telling me how many years he'd been running a service department and all the awards he had won, and belittling me. He is a complete jerk and you can tell the service writers must not enjoy working for him because the attitude here is horrible. With my Chrysler mini van, I took it there on 2 occassions to get the middle row heated seat fixed - the communication I received from them was horrible, they kept my van for 4 days to fix something that should've taken 1 day to fix, and I still had to come back when the parts they incorrectly ordered hadn't arrived. Go there if you want....but at your own risk. I've found another local Chrysler dealer where I get treated better, where they fix my vehicles right the FIRST time, and where if they make a mistake - they apologize and are sincerely interested in my customer satisfaction. I'll never darken the doors again at Don Jackson, and I wouldn't wish them upon any friend or family member. More
I have tried working with 6 different Dodge Dealers in the area. And the Team at Don Jackson Dodge was the only one that listened to my requirements, and did not try to sell me on what they wanted to se the area. All of the staff I encountered with my wife and children are professional, courteous and caring. The ordering, building, of my 2014 Dodge Durango AWD, Limited, Tow Package, Premium Convenience Group took only 4 weeks to delivery which is amazing. In my 30 years buying new cars this has been the best straight forward experience ever. I recommend Don Jackson Dodge to everyone with out reservation. Sincerely, Ed Mack More
Kelvin Shedd was my salesman at Don Jackson Jeep dealership and I have to say he is the BEST SALESMAN I have ever come in contact with! Not only did Kelvin educate me about buying a Jeep Wrangler, but he also gave me great ideas for the budget I was trying to stay in. He was very patient and diligent in finding the right jeep for me within my budget with no stress added. Very professional and honest with every step in my process. I would highly recommend Kelvin Shedd to anyone that I know or even come across. And when I decide to purchase another car in the future, I certainly will go see Kelvin!! More

Actually purchased, paid in full , a Jeep Grand Cherokee overlander from this dealership . The vehicle was a vehicle they had to get from another Dealership. Ray Hudgins is a great salesperson! I have bought from Ray on two occasions, and his service has not changed! I recommend him to everyone. Ray will not attempt to sell you what you do not want. Here's the run down. Over a year ago I wasn't making as much as I do now. Ray treated me like I was the wealthiest person he ever met. He had me fill the proper paperwork, got everything approved, then he told me the price range I could afford. He allowed me to pick the car I wanted. After the sale he even helped me move my belongings from my trade in into the new car. He contacted me every so often to make sure I was still enjoying the car and sent me coupons for service discounts at the dealership. I mean wow! I recently came in to look at a used Challenger and Ray was able to find a brand new Challenger with incentives that covered my negative equity, sales tax, and saved me 1000 off a brand new car. Did I say wow? I was also able to secure an interest rate that was half of the previous rate when I bought the first car from Ray. Finally, they filled the tank, showed me all the cool features of the car, detailed it, and offered me 5 free oil changes! I have shopped around Atlanta and a sales person like Ray is hard to find. I couldn't be any happier. Also, I was not compensated in any way to write this review. I was supposed to do it after my first experience but I forgot. Sorry Ray. More
Purchased a 2006 jeep Cherokee......it's been a headache ever since purchased it may 16 2013 not even a week later I realized the passenger floor was wet took it to the service department where I w headache ever since purchased it may 16 2013 not even a week later I realized the passenger floor was wet took it to the service department where I was told that it was leaking coolant and they was unable to fix it due to the fact it was a used vehicle....ok so I proceeded on to speaking wit chuck where he tells me they inspect the used cars and trucks before selling them to make sure there safe before selling .....but that's not safe for me and my child if I'm driving and the car over heats......so he said he will call me back and I'm thinking to myself "UNBELIEVABLE"!!!!!!! So he agreed to fix .....I was asked did anybody ask me if I needed a loaner by another person at the dealership I said no and I do need one......they come back on the phone and tells me Chuck says there is no loaners available and the only way I can get one is if I pay half on the cost of the repair.....now by this time I'm really shacking my head thinking once again UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! So long story short I get the truck back coolant is still all over my floor claim they didnt have the funds to clean it ....you got to be kiddind me so i take it to my detailer and get it clean hoping and praying nothing else will go wrong......now I'm having a problem getting the title because they claim the owners that trade it in lost it so now they have to get a replacement title......if I wanted to deal with all of this headache I would have just purchased a car from a private owner where u would expect these kind of things but hoping for the best......I would have never expected these things from a well known dealership......all in all my experience with don jackson Chrysler was awful there more so worried about sales than providing outstanding customer service........I wouldn't recommend anybody to this dealership not even my worst enemy......I know don jackson is retired but I know this isn't how he would handle business......very disappointed More
