Great Overall Experience I looked for a Hyundai Genesis Coupe online, and Don Jackson had a very nice model for a fantastic price. I left an inquiry on Sunday night and then f I looked for a Hyundai Genesis Coupe online, and Don Jackson had a very nice model for a fantastic price. I left an inquiry on Sunday night and then followed up that Monday morning. An employee named Crystal guided me through the process and was wonderfully friendly and accommodating the entire time. She even sent me follow up videos of the car's exterior and interior and was very prompt with her customer service. Purchasing online was also a breeze. The dealership sent the necessary forms overnight and then I sent them back the next day. Only gripes: The dealership wanted $1,200 to ship the vehicle which is very steep. I found someone else online who did it for close to half that cost. The other thing is that the dealership puts a $600 "Doc" fee on all of their vehicles. I found out that other states put a cap on this but the Peach State has no limit. In New York for example, it's capped at $75. I was however told that Don Jackson's Doc fee is $200 cheaper than their competitors down the street so that's pretty neat. Doc fee and dealer shipping charges not withstanding, I had a wonderful buying experience with no hassles at all. Thanks, Crystal! (I put that I bought a Chrysler because Hyundai wasn't an option. So just ignore that). More

Make sure you bring your calculator .Kisten Long and the Finance managers tried to cheat us three times, but we caught it .The truck was used but they are a certified dealer,Which means there are supposed to do a full inspection on the truck. If anything is wrong there are supposed to fix it. We had to replace the air filter and do a oil change immediately after buying it. They told me the oil was good for another 3000 miles, Wrong. More

My salesman, Blake Naman, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. This was my first time purchasing a car and I was nervous about the entire process! Fortunately, Blake was really attentive to my concerns and did a great job of helping me understand the pros and cons of the two vehicles I was considering. I never felt pressured or like I would be taken advantage of. The sales managers who worked with Blake and I, Eddie Fedderman and Patrick Hizel, were also excellent! I really appreciated how all of them interacted with me and made sure that I felt comfortable and ultimately happy with whatever decision I made.
