Worst bait and switch, sleezy tactics ever seen. We went through usaa's car buying service and were given a vin number and price on a car. Multiple times the salesman confirmed the drive out price. We went through usaa's car buying service and were given a vin number and price on a car. Multiple times the salesman confirmed the drive out price. They had to get the vehicle from another dealership. When Don Jackson realized they were giving us too good of a deal, they said they must have miscommunicated to us. BS!!! We even had audio of the salesman giving us the drive out price just to get us down there. GM was rude and laughed when I sent him the audio, saying he didn't hear anything. Ga law states that with proof, a verbal agreement is as enforceable as a written one. These people are sleezy! They are the ones who give car salesman bad reputations. They should be banned from @TRUE CAR and @USAA forever. Jim the salesman, Patrick the sales mgr, and Chuck the GM should have taken responsibility and honored what they told us. Horrible dealership.. Beware! More

Some of the issues summarized below: - I purchased a used vehicle site unseen. I asked the salesman to be honest and let me know what kind of defects it had before I agreed to purchase. He completed a "detailed" inspection and ensured me it was flawless. When I arrived to pick it up, there was a large dent and huge black mark in the rear bumper that also extended into the rear quarter panel sheet metal. - Communication with the dealership is TERRIBLE!! Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle they wouldn't even answer my phone calls to finalize paperwork and complete the transaction. It was like pulling teeth to get the transaction completed. It shouldn't be that difficult. - They detail all vehicles after they are sold so you can imagine the level of effort they put into it... not much. - And the biggie that I'm still dealing with: The dealer did not get the last owner of the vehicle to sign the title transfer paperwork. Long story short, the end result is that I had to extend my temp tags for another 60 days and pay for it out of my own pocket. Currently the title still isn't signed and I can't get permanent registration for the vehicle until that happens. I cannot believe that a licensed FCA dealership can operate like this. They need to get on a performance improvement cycle or lose their dealership rights. More

I asked and he said not everyone qualified for that price. Then he showed me the price as $19900. I said this is not right and told him I think I should get the car for $15000. He was not rude but said that is not going to happen. So we left. Very Dishonest! More

FOR NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with purchasing a car and we've been married 21 years. We purchased a car from this deale This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with purchasing a car and we've been married 21 years. We purchased a car from this dealership and drove 4 hours to pick it up. 20 minutes from arrival, these arrogant, money hungry morons called and told us they sold the car. The General Manager is an egotistical disrespectful man with no soul. There is no decency with these folks. Bad business....run from this place! More

Even with warranty it's a hassle to get your vehicle fixed. I purchased a $45,000 car 6 weeks ago and been back to the dealership already 3 time for the same issue. They'll patch it up and push you out the door. And they are very rude in service. Extreme wait time as well. Scottie in sales is the last person you should deal with. Once he sales the car, he no longer responds to your message nor answers your calls. More

Very Bad Service Department PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I took my '07 Dodge truck in for the Takata airbag recall and for a chime going off every time I turne PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I took my '07 Dodge truck in for the Takata airbag recall and for a chime going off every time I turned on a blinker or pressed the brake pedal. They had my truck for 1 month and gave it back to me in the exact condition as I had dropped it off in. Here are the key points from my experience. The Chime: 1) 4 days after dropping it off they called and said I needed 2 new batteries, a new negative cable for one of the batteries, and a new PCM (later they changed it to the PCM needing to be reflashed, not replaced). The batteries are 5 month old Interstate batteries that I knew would be under warranty, so I told them to not replace the batteries, but go ahead and replace the negative battery cable and the PCM if that would fix the chiming. 2) Over the next week I called them 4 times and left 3 messages, no response. At the end of the that week they called and said that they could not do any work on the truck until I replaced the batteries. WHY HAD THEY NOT TOLD ME THIS A WEEK EARLIER??? 3)The next day I picked up the batteries and took them to the Interstate Battery store to get them replaced under warranty. I requested that the dealership print out the readings from their battery tester so that I would have proof of the faulty batteries. The dealership printed one of the readings twice so that both batteries appeared bad (the numbers on each printout were identical), they also used wrong CCA when testing (730CCA instead of the 675CCA stated on the battery). They were either purposely lying to me so that I would buy two new batteries from them, or their technician does not know how to use their equipment (A VERY SIMPLE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT). The Interstate battery dealer confirmed that one of the batteries was in very good shape, and that the second was a little low for its age, so they replaced it free of charge, and charged my good batter overnight to make sure it was 100% as well. 4) Upon returning the 2 good batteries to the dealership, I noticed that they had put grease stains on my driver's seat. I keep my truck in very good shape, so I was furious about this. 5) With the batteries delivered, I asked them again to fix the chime. Another week of calling and leaving messages goes by before I get someone on the phone. The service person knows nothing about my truck, can't locate it on the lot, and says she'll call me back. Then ANOTHER WEEK goes by before I finally get a hold of someone, at which point they tell me they'll call me back in a little while. A while later they call me back and tell me my truck is ready to be picked up. 6) I go to pick up my truck, and the second I step on the brake...Chime!!! Absolutely nothing has changed. I popped the hood and there is still the same old negative battery cable that they said needed replacing. The grease stains they put in my drivers seat were gone though, so kudos on that. The Airbag: 7) I assume they changed the driver side airbag as they stated, but based on points 1-6 above, I will need another dealership to verify this for my piece of mind. Sorry for the long explanation but it is very important to me that others not experience the same poor customer service and low moral character that I encountered with this dealership. More
