Upon arriving to the service department, I conveyed my concern to George (Service Advisor) about the care of my vehicle. He carefully listen to my concerns and immediately took the requisite steps to ensure my concerns were addressed. Upon completion of my visit, I was extremely pleased with the service I'd received. My vehicle was returned to me in good shape. The service I received this visit forced me reconsider not using CDJR's service department again. Thank you George! More
