Awful communication skills. Very unorganized. No customer attentiveness skills. Bait and switch tactics. Highly suggest reading the 1 star reviews on google. Management and sale Very unorganized. No customer attentiveness skills. Bait and switch tactics. Highly suggest reading the 1 star reviews on google. Management and sales need’s professional training. They claim to be Georgias number 1 CDJR Dealer which is highly embarrassing. There’s plenty of CDJR Dealers in Georgia and this isn’t one I’d waste my time at. More
I recently purchased a used Jeep, and it was NOT the transparent and honest experience I had hoped for. My salesperson, Corey, did not review the details before putting me with Mike to sign the loan pa transparent and honest experience I had hoped for. My salesperson, Corey, did not review the details before putting me with Mike to sign the loan paperwork. The dealership advertised the Jeep on Autotrader for $22,995. I agreed to the $3500 extended warranty, and my trade-in was worth over $11,000. My loan should have been around $15,000 after tag/taxes but there were other "bumps" that Corey had not informed me of. One item was a LoJack GPS device, and the other was a Service fee. (I spoke to the service department, who said they did a safety inspection and oil change. These "bumps" totaled over 4000 dollars, so my loan totaled over 19,000 dollars.) Mike assured me he would give me everything I initialed and signed. That was not the case; nothing that spelled out the final price or anything I signed and initialed made it home with me. The only thing I came home with was the loan information. I've been asking since I purchased the Jeep for all the items I signed, the LoJack information, and the Service records, and I am still waiting for someone to provide them to me. (I've spoken to the assistant GM, Shawn, emailed Corey and Mike, and emailed Danny Jackson, the GM.) In addition, there were comments made along the way from Corey about how he was only making 75 dollars on my sale and that "I was lucky that I looked this way" when I started questioning what the "bumps" were added to the Jeep sale without discussing it with me. Regrettably, now I'm forced to seek legal assistance to obtain the documents I signed when purchasing the Jeep, as the dealership still needs to provide them. I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid this dealership unless they wish to endure a similar ordeal. More

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. It's been nearly three months, and I still haven't received my vehicle tags. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the communication fr dealership. It's been nearly three months, and I still haven't received my vehicle tags. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the communication from their end has been practically nonexistent. Every time I call, I'm either told that it will be resolved or that it has been resolved however, that is a "lie" This lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve such a basic issue is completely unacceptable. Purchasing a car is a big decision, and I expected a lot more professionalism and follow-up from the dealership. If they can’t handle something as simple as getting my tag promptly, it makes me question the quality of their service overall. I would seriously reconsider going elsewhere if you value clear communication and timely service. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this dealership at "ALL" More
You know what should have been a very positive experience turned into a negative simply because I could get no response once the vehicle was purchased. I drove from Florida to purchase a 2024 Alfa Romeo, the turned into a negative simply because I could get no response once the vehicle was purchased. I drove from Florida to purchase a 2024 Alfa Romeo, the BDC lady was very nice, responsive and the salesperson Greg seemed quick to respond with the requested information. I drove up there and had worked all the numbers prior, so basically had everything done ahead of time. So wasn't like I asked much of the dealership. My only request was to make sure I had a copy of the CarFax I had signed and a copy showing the vehicle had a valid warranty ( from the manufacturer showing this). The finance person Griffin showed me a form stating the vehicle had a full warranty in effect, and said all my paperwork would be together. I gave my cashier check for the vehicle and took my packet the Finance manager had given me and left. The salesperson really did not know anything about the vehicle and could not explain how to operate a thing. I had to figure it out myself. We left and once gone I went through all the paperwork and realized that the signed Carfax was not in there nor was the paper signed by them showing the vehicle had a full warranty. I emailed the Griffin person in finance twice, no answer, text my sales person Greg, no answer. Emailed again and texted again just asking them to please scan the forms and send it. Finally, after numerous emails and texts, I got a blank Carfax(not the one I signed) sent by Griffin in Finance. I thanked him for sending it but explained yet again I wanted the signed forms, nothing, texted Greg the salesperson, no response. I even emailed stating why were they making such a simple request so difficult. No response. It's a shame what should have been a positive experience for my son's first vehicle turns into a negative simply because they cant provide what is requested. More
We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either! More
Be careful with this dealership! !! I was in process of buying car remotely told them I would buy car and started financing process with don Jackson dealership. I was told car was ava !! I was in process of buying car remotely told them I would buy car and started financing process with don Jackson dealership. I was told car was available and just waiting on the financing department for credit and then after hours of waiting checked on to find out a walk in was test driving car and they would most likely be purchasing. Which was hours after I told them I was buying, they sold to walk-in. I was promised by the manager Shawn that he was not running hard credit on application I submitted for financing because he believed the others we’re buying and when I confirmed at end of day the other person ended up buying he said application would not be ran so a hard hit would not go against my credit! I found out the next day they did run a hard inquiry and sold the car! I have never had such a bad experience with management no issues with salesman but this dealership is the reason car dealership have such bad reputations!!! They will post a vehicle that seems worth inquiring about, looking at. Appears to be a nice vehicle, favorably priced. They’ll ask”when can you stop by? I respond “GPS says 17 mins”. Great we’ll see y about, looking at. Appears to be a nice vehicle, favorably priced. They’ll ask”when can you stop by? I respond “GPS says 17 mins”. Great we’ll see you then. Arrive, new sales person introduces himself and the posted vehicle just sold as I was entering the building. Huh… of all the luck. But not to worry Tom, we have other trucks but they are all considerably more than the vehicle we used to tease people with to get them to come to the dealership. I hope, but I doubt they considered what I suggested they could do with their truck, themselves, and their dealership. More

Make sure you aren’t scammed by them charging you to remove or keep lowjack on your purchased car. We purchased a vehicle the first of the year 2024. We were told that LoJack was on the vehicle. For $ remove or keep lowjack on your purchased car. We purchased a vehicle the first of the year 2024. We were told that LoJack was on the vehicle. For $500 they could remove it or we could purchase it for $1,200. So my husband went with keeping it for $1,200. Dealership said the paperwork info for LoJack would be sent in the mail. It never came. Husband called. Salesman was not helpful and said he would call him back. He never did. SO I called. A women said she would send the information right out in the mail. Weeks passed and it never arrived. I called back and was left on hold for a long time. She returned and said that they would have to send someone out from lowjack. I said no it must not be on the car and we were charged for it. I could call 1-800-LoJack give them my VIN and they could tell me if it was on my car. I requested the full amount back or else. Two weeks later we were refunded. More
