Came in for an oil change and tire rotation at the Xpress area (no appointments). Waited 2.5 hours (just a heads up - don't go at 8AM). The staff was very friendly, and I don't feel like they tried to take area (no appointments). Waited 2.5 hours (just a heads up - don't go at 8AM). The waiting area was comfortable and quiet (even though there were a lot of others waiting too). I used my 2.5 hours to catch up on emails from work, so it was not wasted time.
