It was a lengthy event (just over 4 hours, which Carlos had given us a heads up about around the 2.5 hour mark), but Carlos regularly checked on our comfort, kept us apprised of the processes, and even lent me the use of a phone charger when my battery ran out. Additionally, I felt like I ended up with a really great deal without having to haggle back and forth a dozen times. Tyler in finance was also fantastic to work with, and made the process of signing the endless paperwork a very smooth and enjoyable process.
