My Catalaytic converter was stolen from my car while I was in Oklahoma My car was towed to your location in Plano where I was told there was five cars ahead of me and I should have my car by the third week in April which led to a bunch of lies By Scott the service department every time he would call me because I would call check in my car he would change like how many people were ahead of me and I just told her it’s 40 people ahead of me then I was told her it’s 10 and I was told her there’s a nine and then just last week he told me that there was 10 ahead of me and then they got five converters and I was number five and the next round and then he told me that they would pay for a rental car and then called me this Monday telling me that they weren’t going to pay for the rental car but he could have my car ready by Tuesday and I asked if I could pick up on Saturday and he threw a big fit absolutely not you need to come pick it up as soon as I get it done or I’ll go to the next person he really treated me horrible then when I got my car had no problems prior to it being towed there and it kept stalling on me and he expected me to drive this car almost 400 miles home in that condition he needs to have an attitude adjustment and learn how to treat your customers are not real happy and I wish the owner or the owner Family would call me cause I’m not happy they did not Not sanitize my car at all matter fact I was so tired when I got home last night after driving up there and back total of like 800 miles I noticed my back right rear bumper looks like they backed into something not happy about that either please have someone from your office call me

Kstrongs83, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to read how you feel your experience was. It appears there was some miscommunication and for that we are sincerely sorry. Catalytic Converters have been on national backorder for over a year now, so it is not our standard operating procedure to give a customer a date, until we have a Catalytic Converter in our possession and know when the technician will be able to complete the work. The stalling issue appeared to be due to a dirty throttle body, which we did a complimentary throttle body service to help with that issue. We are sorry that you feel the person you spoke with about picking your vehicle up was unpleasant, that was not our intention. Don Herring has been servicing the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex for over 40 years, customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
