Every trip to this dealer’s service department is an opportunity to be scammed. They refused to honor a warranty on my ac compressor. They didn’t make the proper repair in the first place which caused t opportunity to be scammed. They refused to honor a warranty on my ac compressor. They didn’t make the proper repair in the first place which caused the compressor to fail. In January 22 my starter was failing. I had it diagnosed two places before I drove to Herring. You could hear the click and intermittent non start. They claimed it was a key, tried to charge me nearly $500 for a replacement key and kept my diagnostic charge that I planned to use for the CVT fluid replacement. The battery won’t last beyond 12 months because they don’t clean the battery terminals - diagnosed by DeMontrond Mitsubishi in Texas City. This dealership is clearly struggling to stay in business. Decent cars and fair repair costs might help with that. More
