Sinthia was incredible, she was very kind and attentive at all times, I was able to talk and ask her about the service and she kindly explained everything to me, thank you very much for your attention, but at all times, I was able to talk and ask her about the service and she kindly explained everything to me, thank you very much for your attention, but They offered me additionally some things, I just took the alignment, I traveled from Oklahoma City to Dallas and the car was well aligned, when it left Don Herring North Mitsubishi after the service I had to go back since the alignment was bad, after they repaired it I was much better, now after almost a week I see that the car is misaligned, I think I should not have aligned the car with you, I also noticed that my Invoice is not complete, it does not say anything about the oil change and oil filter, previously in the Mitsubishi of Oklahoma they were more detailed, unfortunately Mitsubishi left my state of residence, for that reason I chose you to try to continue with a service adjusted to the specifications of the car in other Dealer as an Don Herring North Mitsubishi.
