Although I decided to also purchase a new one it was nice that I saved money on the other one also. Staff was very nice as just about everyone that passed me acknowledged me in some way or another. Can't forget the super nice lady (name not on receipt, sorry) that checked me in back in the service department.....she even sat down and discussed my upcoming trip to visit my daughter in the Air Force before she left for the day. Very friendly. Complimentary wash also! More

The service at Don Herring Mitsubishi in Plano (I can't speak for the other Don Herring's but I'm sure its similar.) We were on a tight deadline to get a vehicle due to a recent collision in our Lancer. We ended up getting a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. We love the vehicle (My wife apparently doesn't like new car smell but the kids won't let that stick around long) Anyway Scott got us a good deal we're happy with and it ended up better than our financing we already had when we came up there.
