This time it took them four hours to put on four new tires and do a state inspection. They just forgot that I was waiting in the lobby and bypass servicing my vehicle. When I asked how long does it takes to put on new tires and an inspection, they wouldn’t answer. And now reconsidering if I should buy a new car and have it service there. I know their sale department gives great deals and offer. If one area neglects you, then it is better just go elsewhere. My vehicle is in great condition and kept it pristine. But I was looking to trade it in for a new car. Next time it’s back to Discount Tires for new tires and a Toyota vehicle instead. More
