What a great experience at Don Marshall, this is the third Jeep that I have bought from this Dealership. I did not buy my last Jeep from Don Marshall and was unhappy with the service I had received fro third Jeep that I have bought from this Dealership. So when time came to trade in my 2006 Jeep Commander,and After reviewing the cost of a Compass vs the cost of driving a Commander, I began to look online at different Compasses available in the state of Ky. I found an identical Compass at the dealership where I purchased the Commander, same color and miles, but when I weighed how I had always been treated at Don Marshall, it was a slam dunk decision, I went back to Don Marshall to trade cars. David and Brandy were great salespersons, and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision on whether I wanted to buy the car or not. In a short time I drove away in my 2011 Jeep Compass. They made a fair trade-in price on my Commander and had a great competive price on the '11 Compass. Everyone was very courteous, and super to work with.
