The deal was far less time consuming than other dealerships we have dealt with. The only thing we don't like about buying a vehicle (and it wasn't just this dealership) is the "initial here if you dealerships we have dealt with. The only thing we don't like about buying a vehicle (and it wasn't just this dealership) is the "initial here if you agree to buy this vehicle if I can get you.....". That's ridiculous. Of course you can get the payment we requested if you go for 84 months, but maybe we don't want to pay for the vehicle that long. We feel like it's a power play that is supposed to make us feel like we are obligated once we initial that. No one likes that feeling. Anyway, Jeremy was really nice and we would go back and deal with him again. When we got to the financing part that guy was really quick to get the paperwork done and we liked that, too. Buying a vehicle should not be an all day process and it truly was not at Don Marshall's. Our oldest son will probably need a vehicle before long and I think instead of shopping around for months, we would probably just start with that very Don Marshall dealership. More
