I've used Stephen twice now and my family has used him a total of four times. He's the only repeat salesman that we've ever used and it's due to his customer service. You say the word "Glenn Nissan," and I think of the name Anthony Adams. He was my salesperson from day one. Bob Howell did a great job working with me to find a car. I test drove quite a few cars and was there from about 1300 to 1900. Long day for us both but Bob and I stuck it out with no real breaks. The weather was awful,cold and windy!Bob was supposed to call me yesterday to follow up on a couple of things to be done, but I guess he forgot to. I forgot my check book and Bob followed me home to get it so I wouldn't have to make a trip back to Glenn. That was great! Eric did the financing part of my deal and was great and very good at his job. I was disappointed with the financing percentage rate though, because I have a good credit record. The selection of vehicles available at Glenn is outstanding with so much to pick from! 13 January, I need to update this review! turns out Bob had a family emergency so couldn't call me back! The manager called me & left his cell# after he read this review. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of for the follow up with my newly purchased vehicle. MR. Dunn helped me make an appointment for the follow up and couldn't have been any more helpful! Thats very good stuff! More

First I would like to thank Scott for a his time in showing and finalizing our sale. Me and my wife started in Louisville and had a unpleaseant experience with a sales person. I then thru autotrader started my search and found the vehicle I was looking for and it was in lexington nissan dealer. We called Scott due to the travel time from Bardstown to lexington, he already had the vehicle ready for test drive and to look at. There was no mind games, tricks or pressure to hurry and make a deal. He was honest from the start. This made not only the sell feel right but we knew that we would not be taking advantage of just to make a sell. Scott even found the second key and mailed it to use with out question and even called to see if we recieved it. That just show there level of professionalism was outstanding and I would recomend Scott or any of the sales men there. From Start to finish was a pleseant experience. More
We could have bought our Nissan right here in Florence, Ky where we live. After doing a search on the internet, we found Jason. We were so impressed with him, that we brought a co-worker with us and she Ky where we live. After doing a search on the internet, we found Jason. We were so impressed with him, that we brought a co-worker with us and she bought a new Nissa from him as well. He is that rare car salesman that gives it to you straight. We never felt like we got the "run around" from him as we did from our local Nissan dealership. He was fair and honest from the first contact with him. When we are in the market for another car or if anyone asks us we will return/refer to Jason. He even helped us months after our sale with a bluetooth question. He gets high marks from us. We'll always come back to Glenn as long as he is there. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
I started with Jason when he was with Glenn Toyota, and when my lease was up on my Toyota, I followed him to Glenn Nissan. Not only is he super-friendly, he tells you what you want/need to hear when purch when my lease was up on my Toyota, I followed him to Glenn Nissan. Overall experience was good. Some valuable information was left out during buying process. For example warranty information, servicing information. As most car buyers I already knew this information so it was no big deal. I use a Credit Union in Kansas City, MO for financing and the communication was good between them And Glenn Nissan. Dealership could not find second key for my 2011 Rouge. Walter asked me to come back the next day for second key, he stated he would be in at 9 am. Second key was not found. Scott set up a service appointment for new key at 1 pm. I eventually left Glenn Nissan at 2:30 pm with a new key. Once again overall experience was good. I would definitely send a friend to Glenn for purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
