Mendy saw me looking at a new car when my truck was in the shop for a repair estimate. I had high milage and was shopping at other dealers looking for a cool SUV. Mendy came to me easy, not pushy or demanding. She let me drive away in a new type Juke, Hum not for me once I got it home. That saved me a great deal of stress. Then we started looking at what else she had. Wow, that lady worked VERY hard for me to get me with the right choice. Then came what's it gonna cost factors. I couple of hic-ups there but over-all the dealer came through and proved it is still the best dealer in KY. Period!!!!!!!!!!! I am now on my 7th Nissan and love it more than I do my wife. Hum. Stewart was your next representive who got to make me very happy. I will send more opportunities to you than you will ever imagine. I tell some one every day if not two perple or a crowd how good you guys are in helpping to make a wise choice. Keep up the great work in service to... I had a very pleasant buying experience. I was in and on the road in about 2 hours. While there was some price negotiating, it did not go on for hours. The sale was kind of lengthy, but they provided me and my kids all the soda/snacks we could handle. I can also wash my car or truck there for free in their washing facility as needed. Unprofessional management team, internet sales were cheaper than negotiated price, dishonest, and crooked. When I encountered an issue involving a cancelled deal, 2 days later the check that was suppo cheaper than negotiated price, dishonest, and crooked. When I encountered an issue involving a cancelled deal, 2 days later the check that was supposed to be sent back was cashed. The manager Mr. Meade Brown was unwilling to discuss, and even rude over the phone the issue involving my check. He said the fraudulent deposit could take weeks to refund. His staff said that someone deliberately took the check off the paper work and deposited it to sabotage the deal I made with Glenns Nissan. Spending 2 hours working out a deal on a Nissan to find it cheaper online is crooked and unprofessional so we cancelled the deal. Long story short, I called Nissan directly and they cut me the check that day and Nissan sent me a courtesy $200.00 gift card for the dishonesty and lack of integrity from this crooked dealer. If you are in the market for a new Nissan, don't buy here. If you have a problem, they are unwilling to help you as Meade Brown proved to me when they stole a 4,000 dollar check on a cancelled deal. Did I mention that Nissan has a policy that says no checks on new cars are to be cashed unless the deal is done? Nissan is a great company committed to the care of it's customers, just not this particular dealer. More
