We stopped at Hudson Nissan after looking at a Nissan Rogue at another dealership. We were just in the beginning stages of looking for a new car. Mendy Parker came out to greet us and was very friendly and not pushy when we told her we were just looking. She told us about their lifetime warranty and we were very impressed with that. When we decided to go ahead and purchase a new car we just walked in after researching what car we wanted online and she immediately remembered us and what we had been looking at. We agreed to buy the car and it was only a short time before our credit was approved and we were on the road in our new car. Financing people were also VERY nice. Would buy there again. The 3 years of free oil changes they gave us was an added bonus. Thanks Mendy & Hudson Nissan! I forgot to mention the HUGE selection they have. More of the car we wanted than ANY other dealership around. More
Teresa made the generally unpleasant experience of purchasing a new car infinitely more pleasurable. I had a wonderful experience with Hudson Nissan specifically with Teresa Gifford. They were extremely patient from start to finish and provided me with all the materials I needed in the beginning specifically with Teresa Gifford. Their main goal was to make sure I was happy which I noticed as my price point dropped, but my standards did not! They continued to seek out the best car for my needs at the best price. I had looked at other Nissan dealerships for a Rogue but hadn't really gotten that "warm, fuzzy feeling." When I went in to Hudson I really wasn't going to buy a car but just to look at a Rogue th hadn't really gotten that "warm, fuzzy feeling." When I went in to Hudson I really wasn't going to buy a car but just to look at a Rogue that I had seen on line. I liked Mendy right away. She was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in and made me feel like I was important to her. The car sale was very seamless and I LOVE my Rogue. I am looking forward to years of dealing with Mendy and Hudson Nissan. More

Dealership does not stand behind its written agreements or the terms of sale negotiated by their salespeople. When asking them to honor their written agreements, they do not respond. Having to file complaints with Nissan USA, KY Attorney General, and pursue legal remedies to have them honor their written promises. General Manager John Butt does not stand by his word. More

We went in looking for a vehicle for my son. We had seen one online and asked about test driving it. Teresa was there and went and retrieved the vehicle and made sure it was clean and ready. We test drove with her and she explained some of the features that was on the vehicle. The price was within my son's budget, and we had a trade in that we were hoping to get enough to pay it off. They were very helpful in making the appropriate financing in order to do what we needed. Very pleasant experience and they didn't push us to do anything we were not ready for. Jean in the business office explained all paperwork as we signed, and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend them. The only thing that they didn't do that other dealers have done, is fill the gas tank up for you. More
