Scott was exceptionally friendly and personable with great product knowledge. I described the type of car that I was looking for to see what he would suggest for my budget and needs. Zach was a wonderful salesmen and didn't stop until he could supply me with the car that would best suit my families needs. He was great to my son that came with me that night to purchase the car. And while I was speaking to Olivia, he let my son watch movies on his phone. He took the car outside and washed it after car wash hours and helped me load up my new vehicle. He also hand washed my car for me when I came back 2 days later to bring the title to my trade in. I have no complaints at all. Everything was done very quickly. Zach even helped me install my bluetooth, ect. He stayed after his normal work time for 3+ hours later the night of the sale. I would recommend Zach and this dealership to anyone looking to buy. I knew I wanted a Santa Fe and I had a truck to trade in. Went to Hyundai dealer in Richmond. Did a test drive while dealer appraised my truck. Came back, he showed me his offer. Trade in price not too bad, but he did not offer anything off on the SUV. So we went to Lexington (Glenn Hyundai. Same SUV, trade offer was better and J.B. also offered me some discounts. When I picked up my SUV he showed me and told me everything he knew about my SUV. Even told me what to read in my manual. So very helpful and I enjoyed my SUV buying expericence. Wouldn't say I got the best deal that is because I am not one of those people who like to go back and forth. I just know that he was nice and I got what I wanted and hopefully everyone was happy. Loving the SUV so far and I wil see when it is time for an oil change and nothing else I hope. Thanks again for everything. More
