My wife and I stopped in on a whim to look at the Hyundai Genesis and was immediately approached by Dan Litteral. I figured this was going to be your typical experience of "what will it take to get you in th Genesis and was immediately approached by Dan Litteral. I figured this was going to be your typical experience of "what will it take to get you in this car today" but I was totally wrong. Dan was incredibly professional and was not pushy at all! He made us feel incredibly comfortable and then we left for vacation. He called us with information that we had asked for when he said he would and didn't pressure us at all. While on vacation we test drove 2 other vehicles from other dealers and had horrible experiences with pushy sales people. We called Dan and finished the deal over the phone. Got a fantastic price on the Genesis and they gave me top dollar on my trade in. We picked it up on our way home to Columbus Ohio.
