When our Denali came in the roof rails were back ordered. When the came in RC and Catarina knew we were leaving on a road trip later that day. They sent a courier to our home with the roof rails (we live an hour away from Lexington). I would highly recommend working with either of them. More

My 1st AMAZING Experience Buying a CAR!!! I visited Glenn Buick, Lexington, KY, on August 30, 2014 to merely look at a few new cars/SUVs from Buick, GMC, Nissan, and Hyundai. I was anxious to I visited Glenn Buick, Lexington, KY, on August 30, 2014 to merely look at a few new cars/SUVs from Buick, GMC, Nissan, and Hyundai. I was anxious to even look at vehicles since I had been involved in a serous car accident just 3 months earlier, while driving my 11-week old 2013 Buick Regal. Due to the safety of the Buick Regal and how it protected me in my accident, I was immediately drawn to look at the 2014 Buick Regal. I was never so shocked that I was NOT a "victim" of a car sales person!! I had the absolute BEST experience in talking with Mr. Andrew Robinson-Smith, Sales Representative. He understood my primary focus on safety and was never pushy or made me feel pressured. Instead, he patiently worked with me to find the perfect car, which also met my safety requirements. Once we narrowed the choice of car, I had the pleasure to meet Mr. RC Hazzard, General Sales Manager. Mr. Hazzard informed me of the various dealer incentives, as well as additional options available to me for my 2014 Buick Regal purchase. In addition, Mr. Hazzard took extra time to make me feel like I was the only customer in the showroom, despite having many other customers waiting for his help. I later met Mr. James Anderson, Jr., Business Manager, who walked me through all the required paper work, and explained clearly the financing terms, as well as the other Buick maintenance services included with my purchase.
