Transmission replaced in a 2012 Nissan Maxima. 2 weeks later while driving vehicle the ball joint coming apart causing the wheel to turn sideways. Found no bolt present when picked up by wrecker 2 weeks later while driving vehicle the ball joint coming apart causing the wheel to turn sideways. Found no bolt present when picked up by wrecker service. Technician with no clear reason for situation other than bolt broke. Other techs at dealership stated bolt wasn't present and could guess who done it. Service Advisor advised "xxxx happens" Hope further training for staff for potential future customers. More
