Great Experience! I will always go to Don Davis Nissan for all of my car's needs, and when I'm ready to purchase another car I will go also there. They have got to be the most attentive, friendly, outgoing group of people that I have ever met. If it's obvious that the customer comes first, and that's a good feeling considering all of the stupid things that are happening concerning a customer service these days. Kudos to Don Davis Nissan! DDN Repair shop Locked up my engine/bent valves left head Took 07 Xterra for a coolant leak, was told water pump bad, replaced water pump, thermos housing and still had leak issues, shop tore down further to Took 07 Xterra for a coolant leak, was told water pump bad, replaced water pump, thermos housing and still had leak issues, shop tore down further to investigate found inner timing cover and seals were bad, recommended new components, I agreed, after complete shop had problem setting the timing and eventually locked up timing sprocket and damaged/bent engine valves left side head, shop sent for head repair, repair serviced by 3rd party, when head was ready DDN shop installed and cleared for return to me, picked vehicle up and had coolant leak "again" back to the shop after they had it for 6weeks. . . .I have more issues than I can type in allowable space. . . . .NO ONE is taking my issues serious, I NEVER had any other issues than what I had when took to DDN the first time in March. DDN does not listen to customer, they only do what is deemed associated with what they have time to address. . . . ."EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED" and very, very disappointed in the way my service has been handled. . . . . My service Advisor Luis Hernandez has been very helpful in the process but can only do so much, he can baby sit the vehicle once it is given to the Service/Repair shop. . . . . The Service/repair shop has not been my idea of adequate repair and or service More

They provided me with a shuttle to get home, then I forgot the keys and the shuttle driver went back to pick up my keys.. so happy with his service to very professional..
