I paid for tire rotation but it was not done. My rear wheels and tires were marked and none of them moved after I was told and charged for tire rotation and oil change. I've always taken my car to this dealership and have been very happy with their work. This time I was a bit disappointed as I had requested when I set up my service request to have the technicians look at t very happy with their work. This time I was a bit disappointed as I had requested when I set up my service request to have the technicians look at the transmission fluid and they did not. I was told I had to set up a special appointment unless I wanted to leave the car there until Monday (I brought it in on a Saturday) Last service visit the technician said a code popped up regarding the transmission, but they didn't have time to look into it. I thought by telling the women who took my call that I needed the transmission fluid checked because a code popped up last visit that they would have allowed time to look at what the code was OR told me when I made the appointment that I needed to make a separate appointment with specific technicians at that time, not when I got to the dealership. More
