Horrible experience brought my car for a leaky sunroof so i was without a car for a week to tell me what i already had told the advisor what the cause was. Nothing personal, but my experience at Don Davis Nissan service dept was sadly the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership service department. None of the Don Davis representatives that I spoke with service dept was sadly the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership service department. None of the Don Davis representatives that I spoke with on the phone or in person showed any interest in providing a pleasant experience or quality customer service. Sammy is one service advisor that showed understanding and an effort to take an extra step to help me in a confusing situation with my vehicle’s warranty. I appreciated that. But unfortunately, he told me he would call me back in an hour the afternoon we talked, but I never heard back from him. My car was with the dealership for 6 full days, I ended up paying $99 and received no service to my vehicle, only a diagnostic. I didn’t have enough money to pay for what was diagnosed, and they told me that I needed a transmission flush (a critical maintenance need). I hoped to at least have the $99 go towards that, to help smooth out an already awful experience. My request was denied. This was my first experience with Don Davis Nissan, and likely my last. More
